Fabrication:

Fabrication of metal is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes. In Brief It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials. Hence It usually starts with drawings with precise dimensions and specifications. Whereas shops are employed by contractors, OEMs and VARs. Typical projects include loose parts, structural frames for buildings and heavy equipment, and stairs and hand railings.

General:

In Fact As with other manufacturing processes, both human labor and automation are commonly used. The end products of other common types of metalworking, such as machining, metal stamping, forging, and casting, may be similar in shape and function, but those processes are not classified as fabrication.
Types of Process:
  • CuttingCutting is the most common process.
  • Machining. This is a type of fabrication process that involves removing the excess material until the final desired shape is achieved.
  • Punching. The process of punching involves the formation of holes in a piece of metal. …
  • Shearing.
  • Folding.
  • Then Stamping.
  • In particular the act of taking raw stock material and turning it into a part for use in an assembly process. There are many different types of fabrication processes. The most common are. Cutting. Folding.
The act of taking raw stock material and turning it into a part for use in an assembly process. There are many different types of fabrication processes. The most common are. Cutting. Folding. Furthermore Fabrication is the process of constructing products by combining diverse, typically standardized parts. Generally Manufacturing is the process of converting raw materials into a finished product, by means of large-scale industrial operations.

Copper Busbar

In electric power distribution, a busbar  is a metallic strip or bar. Which housed inside switch gear, panel boards, or bus way  for local high current power distribution. Hence Busbar are also used to connect high voltage equipment at electrical switch yards. And low voltage equipment in battery banks. Furthermore they are generally sufficient enough to be supported in air by insulated pillars.

Forging Product

Forging product is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. The blows are delivered with a hammer (often a power hammer) or a die. Forging is often classified according to the temperature at which it is performed: cold forging (a type of cold working), warm forging, or hot forging (a type of hot working). For the latter two, the metal is heated, usually in a forge. Forged parts can range in weight from less than a kilogram to hundreds of metric tons. In modern times, industrial forging is done either with presses or with hammers powered by compressed air, electricity, hydraulics or steam. These hammers may have reciprocating weights in the thousands of pounds. Smaller power hammers, 500 lb (230 kg) or less reciprocating weight, and hydraulic presses are common in art smithies as well. Some steam hammers remain in use, but they became obsolete with the availability of the other, more convenient, power sources.

Metal Grating

Metal grating is any regularly spaced collection of essentially identical, parallel, elongated elements. Metal Gratings usually consist of a single set of elongated elements, but can consist of two sets also.  In which case the second set is usually perpendicular to the first (as illustrated). When the two sets are perpendicular, this is also known as a grid mesh.
